You’ve likely met Charles, Todd – and our company namesake, Sterling, but today we want to introduce you to Cyrus, our Jr. Service Delivery Engineer! (And our newest employee.)
About Cyrus
Before joining the Sterling Ideas IT team, Cyrus served 4 years as a stealth fighter jet maintainer for the U.S. Air Force. While he may be newer to the world of IT, he always dives in headfirst and has made an excellent addition to the team.
Cyrus is proud to help to restore our clients’ peace of mind and finds solving common IT issues very rewarding.
What Drew Him into the IT Industry?
Continuously learning and adapting to new technologies keeps Cyrus engaged and motivated, making every IT challenge an opportunity for growth. As a part of our caring team, you’ll find Cyrus helping you keep your peace of mind with proactive IT support.
Additionally, if you ask Cyrus, ‘What’s the most rewarding part of your job as a tech?’ He’d add:
“Helping people. Solving their technical issues and then seeing their relief, and satisfaction, once their problems are resolved. It’s gratifying to know that I played a role in keeping their work or daily routines running smoothly.”
Outside the Office
After work and on the weekends, Cyrus loves going out with friends, winning – we mean, playing – pickleball, and going to local concerts.
