About Harleigh
Harleigh is our Support Specialist, and she joined our staff in July 2023. Her goal is to help the IT specialists and our clients with anything they may need.
She’s the one making sure our clients know how much Sterling Ideas appreciates them. From marketing to making sure equipment is processed, she’s happy to help with anything that comes her way!
Outside the Office
When she’s not at work, Harleigh loves doing anything artistic: sewing, painting, making costumes and props. You name it and she can help create it! When she’s not crafting, she also loves binging crime shows.
Her Favorite Part of Being on the Team
One of her favorite parts of being on the Sterling Ideas team is emphasizing teamwork and celebrating each person’s unique interests and abilities. (Like we’re doing this month with our team spotlights!)
Additionally, if you ask Harleigh, she’d add:
“Any time someone has an idea or problem, we come together to talk it out and support each other. Giving each team member the opportunity to use their skills and passions within their work makes each of us excited about our jobs but it also gives us the chance to better serve our clients.”

From the dinner table in 1999 to the conference table in the offices of Sterling Ideas Inc. today, we’ve grown as a family-run business completed by trusted friends. Together, we proudly serve clients from 2 employees up to over 200 as their remote IT department.
Our vision is to see our clients thrive. We’re always thinking of the people our clients serve — their clients, their customers, their students, their patients. That’s what gets us up in the morning and keeps us working all day.
